While growing up in a small village in Haryana (India), as a young girl, Monika cherished the dream of empowering people. At that young age, she did not know how.
With the heart of that farm girl, she joined the corporate sector and became one of the urban kids in the corporate world. After a successful stint for 7 years in financial services, she joined the sector she was meant to.
It was through her interactions at ETMA India while marketing and promoting training programs for ETMA India, that she discovered her power to connect with people at a deeper level. She could see barriers melt away as self-doubt was replaced by self-belief under her nurturing guidance. Her natural flair for bringing out the best in people won over audiences across corporate workshops on leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, & and so on. This set her way towards becoming a behavioral Architect & and a Leadership Coach.
